Retail Fixture Marketing Manager

**This role is a 12 month maternity leave contract with a possibility of extension.**
As Premium Canada’s Retail Fixture Marketing Manager, you’ll work alongside the Partner Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to develop joint marketing plans with key Canadian retailer partners. The marketing programs you support will impact the Google Hardware business by increasing purchase intent and driving usage of key Google devices and services with our shared consumers.

**What will you do?**
- Collaborate on high impact go-to-market activities working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, PR and more.
- Co-develop and drive joint marketing strategy with retailer partners across portfolios of Google products and solutions.
- Generate effective multi-touch demand generation campaigns, which may consist of digital marketing, retail marketing, direct mail, in person events, etc.
- Manage multiple partner marketing projects, from in-store merchandising to online marketing programs, and drive them to completion.
- Track key performance indicators for all programs, optimize spending, and communicate metrics to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all supporting retail / digital training and tools are available to support the success of marketing campaigns.
- Support the partner marketing communications and marketing content release process at partner channels.
- Work with partners and internal stakeholders to design marketing programs that drive the business and elevate Google and our partners in a meaningful way.
- Work with a cross-functional team to drive localization of the central product/market narrative and develop local case studies and success stories.
- Support partnerships management and negotiations to deliver results and build effective long-term partner relationships.
- Identify and prioritize partner goals.
**How will you succeed?**

- Building collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and job functions including business development, product management, brand marketing, and external partners.
- Identifying partner goals and challenges to effectively recommend marketing narratives and programs that can deliver win-win outcomes.
- Taking initiative and functioning well in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Analyzing products and market dynamics to drive strategy.
**What experience should you have?**
- 4-6 years of experience in channel marketing at a technology or CPG company.
- Experience in retail or channel marketing.
- Experience working with telcos, retailers, CPG OEMs, Carriers or Hardware devices.
- Experience in planning and executing multiple, complex marketing campaigns and programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leading partner marketing communications, strategy, and content.
- Experience developing compelling visual assets, messaging and narratives.
- Experience crafting end-to-end marketing strategy and full funnel integrated marketing campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
