**We are looking for a full-time Branch Manager to lead our Crane Division in Langley, BC.**
Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the organization of all crane service employees and the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring that inspections, repairs, and business operations are successfully executed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide efficient and effective services within budget
- Schedule crane service and lead projects to successful completion
- Track and report the status of open work orders, repairs, quotes, and jobs to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met
- Generate business through cold calls, site visits, and networking
- Recruit and train quality crane technicians
- Motivate employees and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling to meet customer and company expectations
- Hold employees accountable for the quality of their work
- Communicate and enforce the company’s safety and quality policies, including all ISO 9001 and COR safety requirements

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of overhead mobile cranes
- Experience as an overhead crane technician is an asset
- Experience with working at heights, lifting gear inspection, wire rope examination, and ASME/OSHA rigging fundamentals and requirements
- Knowledge of electricity and hydraulics, with the ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level
- Ability to establish work priorities, meet deadlines, and follow procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
