**Overview**: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in data lakes, data migration, and Master Data Management (MDM) for the IDP 2.0 build-out. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in investment management and technical data understanding, capable of managing complex projects and interdependencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead the IDP 2.0 build-out, focusing on data lakes and migration strategies.
- Manage and coordinate multiple interdependent projects, including Performance and Attribution, Sustainability (ESG), Private Market System Implementation, and Risk Manager - MSCI.
- Ensure alignment and integration of the IDP 2.0 build-out with related initiatives and downstream processes.
- Identify and address delays or issues, calibrate project timelines, and adjust plans as needed.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Engage with stakeholders across investment management and pension sectors, translating complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Oversee the strategic initiative for the Master Data Management (MDM) system, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Coordinate with project managers on other initiatives to understand interdependencies and manage potential impacts on the IDP 2.0 build-out.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Leverage expertise in MDM to drive successful implementation and integration.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Extensive experience in managing data migration projects and working with data lakes.
- 8+ years of experience in project management with a focus on Master Data Management (MDM) systems
- Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
- Strong background in investment management with a high-level understanding of all asset classes, including both private and public assets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependencies and project relationships effectively.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with MSCI BarraOne.
- Familiarity with Eagle Pace.
- Knowledge of Snowflake data platform.
- Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability principles.
- Expertise in private markets and alternative investments.
