**About us**

Highmark Power Inc. is a new and growing electrical contractor and clean energy solutions provider. We provide turn key and umbrella services for electrical projects in the commercial, industrial and residential space.

Our core services are in Solar, Wind, Electric Vehicle Chargers, and Battery Storage in addition to our commercial and industrial electrical services. Based in Nova Scotia, we operate across Atlantic Canada. We offer an advanced understanding and experience level across our services offering. As not just an electrical contractor, our team has extensive experience in a vast scope of supply and industry that sets us apart, including EPC contracts, project management, partial scope and extended services such as excavation and concrete, welding & fabrication and electrical design and consultation.

We work mostly in NS, however we have current contracts in NB, NL and PEI that requires intermittent but reasonable amount of paid travel for typically 1-5 day intervals.

- Preferably Journeyperson Electricians or extensive electrical experience
- Flexible back-round in residential, commercial and industrial construction
- Well versed in computers and software. Fast learner
- Solar modeling software considered an asset - Helioscope, Aurora, PVSyst
- Estimating and proposals
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude and understanding
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and good work ethic

Our ideal working hours around HRM are typically 7-4 Mon-Fri, however given the geography of area we cover and type of work we do, and most current contracts involving working away from home through the week in NB, PEI and NL. We do not typically work weekends or nights.

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
