Our Stock Handlers are highly efficient and helpful. They carefully and methodically unload and sort our merchandise from our company trucks and take it to the appropriate departments. They perform various manual tasks, and they replenish supplies at all our cash register desks.

DISCOUNT ON SIMONS PURCHASES

This is probably the most popular perk amongst employees. Members of our team receive a 20% discount on their Simons purchases. After 5 years of service, the discount increases to 30%. Managers receive a 40% discount. Twice a year, all employees benefit from a 40% seasonal discount.

Simons makes things easier by giving you a little break.
If you move, Simons gives you the day off with pay.

FINANCIAL STABILITY WHEN YOU ARE SICK

PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN AND MEDICAL TREATMENT
Simons offers a prescription drug plan providing 90% reimbursement for eligible employees, their spouses, and their children. Our group insurance also covers certain specialized care and medical treatments, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, podiatric care, osteopathic care and more.

TRAVEL HEALTH INSURANCE
Travel health insurance, fully financed by Simons, covers you anywhere in the world. If you are hospitalized outside of Canada, the insurance covers the cost of a hospital room for an unlimited number of days. The maximum reimbursement is $1 million per year per person insured. This plan also covers medical and surgical care required during hospitalization.

LIFE INSURANCE

Simons offers eligible employees $25,000 in life insurance coverage. For a low cost, employees can increase this insurance up to a total of $250,000.
