**Job Opportunity: Sales Associate**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Sales Associate to join our team If exceptional customer service is your passion and you want to be part of Ontario’s largest body jewelry retailer, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

**Your Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will:

- Welcome customers warmly and assist with their needs
- Share product knowledge and recommend items from our diverse collection
- Restock merchandise and maintain an organized store layout
- Collaborate with your team to create a clean and inviting environment
- Process sales efficiently and professionally
- Communicate sold-out products to the manager monthly

**Training & Support**:
We offer paid, hands-on training along to help you learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer service standards. We’ll support you throughout the learning process until you feel fully confident.

- A positive attitude with strong customer service abilities
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility for shift work
