**Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator**

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in receiving Salisbury products, organizing them for redistribution, and coordinating timely and accurate transfers to retail locations. This role is responsible for ensuring product data is accurately recorded in the inventory system and for coordinating daily operations within the warehouse. Experience in dispatching or route coordination is considered an asset.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure warehouse and logistics processes align with company operations
- Coordinate communication between sales, buyers, and receiving teams to ensure efficient product flow
- Organize and track product transfers from the warehouse to multiple retail sites
- Support issue resolution and assist in addressing any challenges in the logistics or receiving process
- Maintain and report on key logistics and warehouse metrics; recommend improvements for efficiency
- Assist in overseeing daily tasks and workflow of warehouse staff

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **
Experience**: Background in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or dispatching preferred
- ** Coordination**: Ability to juggle multiple logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ** Communication**: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal departments
- ** Analytical Thinking**: Capable of analyzing logístical issues and creating workable solutions
- ** System Knowledge**: Experience with inventory management systems; familiarity with Lightspeed is an asset
- ** Team Support**: Experience working with or directing small teams on daily objectives
- ** Forklift Certification**: Forklift operation training and certification required or willingness to obtain
- ** Physical Demands**: Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly; role requires standing, bending, and manual handling of product throughout the shift
- Valid Class 5 drivers licence, clean drivers record, and 3 years personal vehicle insurance
