**What we offer**:

- Retention bonus $10000 - paid in 4 equal payments of $2500: 1st month, 3rd month, 6th month and 9th month
- Performance pay program, salary is $28 to $34 per hour

**Main duties**:

- Drive the truck according to the regulations from the drop off point in the morning until the end of the shift (20% road, 80% handling)
- Perform mechanical inspections of equipment
- Ensure the accuracy of orders
- Provide excellent service to our customers
- Respect all company policies and procedures
- Perform all tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Working Conditions**:

- Delivering outdoors in all seasonal weather.
- Must be able to handle all types of food and beverage products including: seafood, beef, pork, produce, wine, nuts, spices, milk, eggs, etc.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Hold a Class 1 driver's license (FM endorsement)
- Have a very good driving record
- Enjoy physical work (manual unloading, daily handling of 700 boxes of 5lbs-70lbs each)
- Be motivated to excel
- Demonstrate autonomy, confidence, organization and resourcefulness
- Be recognized for outstanding customer service
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have a good capacity to adapt
- Have a good knowledge of the region's road network (an asset)
