Janitor/cleaner

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with safe handling practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and management as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving equipment.

Pay: $25.70-$26.55 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
