**Job Description**:
NEW LOCATION OPENING IN ORILLIA

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service as per company standards, working with a Point of Sale (POS) system, generating sales, and general upkeep of the store’s cleanliness and appearance.

**Duties**:
You work on the front lines, serving and educating new and existing clientele, carrying out transactions, spotting sales opportunities, providing advice to customers and finding solutions that meet their individual vaping needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a friendly, positive and mature attitude.
- Multi-tasking, serving multiple customers at a time while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Answer customer questions/concerns in person or on the phone
- Stocking product
- Opening/Closing

Experience & Skills:

- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Vaping industry and E-cig products is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and self-motivation.
- Friendly, trustworthy and reliable.
- Must be able to work in a vaporized environment.
- Current or previous vaping experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
