Summary:
We are seeking registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists to join our EAP Counselling team in Hamilton, Ontario.
Our Counsellors:
- Engage in solution-focused therapy, working with a range of clients dealing with complex life challenges- Support clients from a strength-based approach, helping them take an active role in the change process- Provide excellent clinical services and embrace Lifeworks' culture of continuous learning- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by Lifeworks' clinical models
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field- Minimum three (3) years of post-masters clinical experience- Membership in good-standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)- Previous experience incorporating SFT models, supporting a diverse range of folks with various presenting problems, including mental health, addictions, workplace challenges, stress management, etc..
