Momentum Developmental Support began as a residential-care system for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our team quickly learned these vibrant, complex people didn't just need housing and supervision. Rather, they needed a team who understood their abilities and mental health experiences. So we adapted, to meet our clients where they are and focus on enhancing futures.

As a Developmental Support Worker, you are a part of the Momentum Community. Working with clients to maintain safe and healthy lifestyles, you promote independence based on individual programming through recreational, learning, physical fitness, and money management activities. FUN is a big part of our day

**What you'll bring?**
A Highschool Diploma (post-secondary education in a relevant field is considered an asset). Experience working in a support role with adults, preferably adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders is considered an asset A driver's license is required as well as a Medical report, including immunization record and Tuberculosis skin test report, Record of conduct and a vulnerable sector check, Emergency First Aid AED/CPR Level C

Compensation ranges from $17.63 - $18.33 per hour as per collective agreement
