**Hours**: 40-45 hours per week, Full-time, permanent

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Car Buying Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our vehicle acquisition process. Your main responsibility will be to support the buying team with logistics, documentation, and internal communication to ensure that every car we purchase is seamlessly prepared for our lot and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry & Documentation
- Accurately enter purchase contract information into internal systems
- Track transportation logistics for incoming vehicles
- Maintain clear, organized records of transactions and vehicle status

**Digital Listing Preparation**
- Write compelling, informative vehicle descriptions for our website and third-party platforms (CarGurus, Kijiji, etc.)
- Create and print window stickers for vehicles arriving on-site
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent vehicle information across platforms

**Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with vehicle transport drivers to schedule pick-ups and drop-offs
- Maintain timely communication with other departments (service, detailing, sales) to ensure smooth transitions
- Monitor timelines and proactively follow up on any delays or issues

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for someone with **strong organizational skills, a great work ethic, and an abundant interest in cars**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is an asset (but not required)
- Strong passion and knowledge for cars and interest in the automotive market
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in **Google Sheets** and other Google Workspace tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
- Must be able to work **on-site** at our Cayuga location
