Servana Cleaning is expanding its on-call operations and is seeking **experienced, dependable, and fully equipped residential cleaners** who can take **same-day or next-day jobs** on short notice. This role is perfect for cleaners who want flexible work, extra income, and consistent assignments without being tied to a fixed schedule.

**What On-Call Means**

You will be contacted for:

- Same-day cleaning requests
- Last-minute bookings
- Emergency or urgent cleanings
- Weekend or evening residential cleanings
- One-time deep cleans or move-in / move-out cleans

You choose the jobs you want but reliability and fast response time are key.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete residential standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Follow Servana Cleaning’s residential checklists and quality guidelines
- Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain communication with Servana’s coordination team
- Provide before-and-after photos for quality verification
- Arrive on time and complete work within allotted timeframes

Requirements (mandatory)
- **Minimum 2 years of Residential Cleaning experience.**:

- Must have and use your **own cleaning supplies and equipment**:

- Must carry **active general liability insurance.**:

- Able to take **same-day or short-notice jobs** when available
- Reliable transportation (car preferred, but TTC-accessible cleaners can apply)
- Smartphone with data + photo capability
- Strong communication skills and punctuality
- Professional references required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
