Hydrovac Operator

Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Perform hydro-excavation and operation of equipment in an efficient, effective and safe manner
- Complete all required administrative paperwork, including Driver’s Daily Log, Daily Work Orders, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Truck Inspections
- Maintain Customer Relations and represent VacPro Inc in a professional manner
- Maintain equipment in good working order

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid DZ license, with at least 2-3 years DZ driving experience and a clean CVOR drivers abstract
- 3+ years hydrovac experience is an asset, but specific training is available to ensure compliance with company standards
- Any and all additional hydrovac related training and experience is considered an asset
- Experience in daylighting, trenching, directional drill support and working around major utilities such as gas, hydro, telecom, sewer/water
- Infrastructure and construction experience is an asset
- Able to read and write in English as well as the ability to effectively complete required paperwork
- Up to date First Aid Certificate (emergency first aid preferred), WHMIS, and OHSA 4 steps

**Salary**: $36.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
