**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the IT supervisor's main mandate is to supervise and manage a team of on-site and remote technicians. His other duties are to ensure that his department provides adequate customer service and maintains an appropriate level of support. He has to participate in technical support as a level 3 expert. He also has to participate in global company projects.
**Main responsibilities**
- Operations management_
- Structure and optimize procedures, ensure that they are rigorously followed and participate in their creation and continuous improvement;
- Ensure the effectiveness of problem-solving processes, participate in their optimization and ensure their implementation by the team;
- Participate in the development of solutions to the issues raised;
- Participate in the development and respect of the budget, deadlines and priorities;
- Promote the proper use of the various tools in place.
- Develop and maintain performance indicators for his team.
- Team management_
- Ensure the quality of work as well as individual and collective performance;
- Carry out individual performance evaluations and establish a development or turnaround plan based on clear objectives;
- Define the training needs for the team in collaboration with the training department;
- Report effectively and systematically on the achievement of team results;
- Act as a mobilizing leader by encouraging motivation;
- Provide the support and guidance necessary to achieve the objectives set;
- Promote a healthy work climate based on teamwork;
- Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with the human resources team.

- Ensure that decisions are made in accordance with the principles of social responsibility;

- Support and operation_
- Provide level 3 technical support to internal customers;
- Prioritize interventions affecting users according to their level of criticality;

- Participate in the management of external suppliers;
- Make the necessary recommendations to optimize the use of available technology;
- Participate in meetings as needed.
**Requirements**:
- College diploma in a relevant field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a team supervisor and/or manager;
- Functional English;
- Possess planning, organization and communication skills;
- Have a strong team spirit;
- Good business judgment and an excellent sense of priorities.
