We’re looking for professional, customer-focused **Baristas** to join our team at our **Perfecto Cafe Davie and Robson locations** in Vancouver.

As a barista, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing high-quality beverages, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role includes **hourly pay plus tips (~$6-$7)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming environment
- Present the drinks menu and answer questions about ingredients and customizations
- Take customer orders with attention to detail (coffee preferences, milk alternatives, sugar levels, etc.)
- Prepare and serve beverages according to our recipes and presentation standards
- Serve prepared food items such as cookies, pastries, and muffins
- Process payments accurately (cash and card)
- Keep the café, bar area, and equipment clean and organized
- Maintain stock of clean cups, mugs, and plates
- Ensure brewing equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Share customer feedback with management and suggest new ideas or menu items

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Basic math and POS handling skills
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to understand and cater to customer preferences

Pay: From $17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
