**Technical Product Manager**:
Safe Software is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team to manage Integrations across the FME Platform. As the Integrations Product Manager, you will shape the strategy for growing and maintaining the portfolio of hundreds of integrations our customers rely on. You’ll work closely with development teams, designers, other product managers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality, relevance, and innovation. In this role, you will drive product success and help maintain Safe Software's reputation as a leader in data integration and spatial data solutions.

**About The Team**:
As part of the Product Management team, you’ll join a dynamic and cross-functional group of product professionals that cover the breadth of the FME platform. The team is responsible for guiding product direction, aligning efforts with Safe Software’s goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction and competitive edge in the market

As the Product Manager for the Integrations group, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of integration categories covering AEC, Databases, APIs, GIS and Cloud Integrations). You’ll bring clarity, focus, and direction, working closely with stakeholders and customers to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and business needs and expand the platform’s capabilities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a **Technical** **Product Manager**, you will:

- Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap for integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Create technical requirement documents that define what the team will build, ensuring clear and detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans.
- Monitor and report on product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to guide product evolution.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed about product direction, priorities, and progress.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in a related Product Management role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrates technical skills, including expertise in databases, APIs, cloud computing, and GIS (a bonus).
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies and data analysis.
- Proven experience with product management tools and methodologies to drive success.
- Self-driven and able to move forward through ambiguity
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

**Desired skills / Bonus points**:

- In-depth knowledge of Safe Software's technology stack, customer base, and strategic goals.
- Experience identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable product strategies
