**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
As a Matchmaker & Onboarding Manager at our agency, your role will be to facilitate warm leads though our onboarding process, and maintain client relationships through their time with our company.

You will be responsible for:

- Conducting Introductory Meetings: Meet with new clients and introduce them to our services. Explain the process, services offered, and gather essential information about their background and preferences.
- Consultation Sessions: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their history, expectations, and goals. Analyze their profiles to provide personalized suggestions based on their preferences.
- Keep detailed and comprehensive notes: On all clients for our in house representative to create the best experience for our clients.
- Conduct social media & personality checks: On all new clients. Determine the best services based on the unique needs of each new client.
- Organize consultations: And schedule new consultations for new clients based on company needs.
- Ensure that all new clients profiles are prepared: This includes helping them write a descriptive and authentic profile
- Answer any questions: The new client may have on the services processes. Extreme respect for confidentiality and sensitivity to personal matters. Make the client feel relaxed, heard and not judged through their onboarding process.
- To be empathetic and perceptive: With the ability to understand and cater to clients' needs.
