**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, kitchen, and dining spaces.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in math for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to prepare food items efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in food service or handling is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
