**Job Description**:
Statut/Localisation : Hybride
A titre de Directeur(rice) vente et courtage, vous êtes en charge des activités de vente de produits d’assurance individuelle de personnes et de services financiers, au sein du réseau de courtage sous votre responsabilité.
Vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie de développement des ventes de produits d’assurance individuelle et de services financiers auprès des courtiers en assurance individuelle de personnes.
Vous œuvrerez dans le contexte passionnant de l'intégration de Beneva. Vous participerez à la structuration et à la convergence des pratiques, outils et processus de vente et de développement des affaires.
Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes:
- Gérer les activités, les ressources et les projets de votre secteur
- Mettre en oeuvre la stratégie du secteur de l'assurance individuelle de personnes
- Exécuter des plans d’affaires fonctionnels et contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie fonctionnelle
- Élaborer les stratégies de vente et les objectifs opérationnels
- Assurer la rentabilité, la croissance et l'efficience de votre secteur
- Gérer les ressources humaines des différents services sous votre responsabilité
- Représenter l’entreprise auprès d’associations évoluant dans le domaine de l’assurance individuelle et services financiers
- Représenter la VP au sein de divers comités à l’interne dans le cadre des projets d’intégration
Vos atouts et vos talents:
- Minimum 7 ans d’expérience pertinente, dont 3 ans dans un rôle de gestion
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent
- Titre professionnel lié au domaine de l’assurance individuelle, un atout
- Maitrise des langues française et anglaise tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
