**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals in daily operations.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
- Train team members on proper horticultural practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture is essential.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including gardening.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to landscaping projects is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
