Job Title: Baker

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to specific designs or customer requests
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented attractively
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules and fulfill orders promptly
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized baking area
- Package baked goods appropriately for display or customer takeaway

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food preparation techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and precision in cake decorating
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
