Ukulele Instructor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach beginner to intermediate ukulele lessons in individual or group settings
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate music theory, technique, and performance
- Foster a supportive, enthusiastic, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Prepare students for informal performances or recitals as needed
- Handle setup and care of ukulele equipment (provided or student-owned)

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in playing and teaching the ukulele
- Prior teaching experience (with children or beginners preferred)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Energetic, patient, and creative teaching style
- Ability to adapt lessons to different age groups and skill levels
- Music education background or certification is an asset

**Preferred**:

- Experience with other instruments (e.g., guitar, piano) is a plus
- Comfortable leading sing-alongs or incorporating group music-making
