Sales Manger

We’re now looking for a passionate and driven **Sales Manager** to lead our retail team—with a key focus on **developing Sales Associates into confident, knowledgeable, and results-driven professionals.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Leadership & Training**:

- Lead, coach, and inspire Sales Associates to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and deliver structured training programs focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and deep product knowledge.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, role plays, and product knowledge refreshers.
- Set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow in their roles.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement on the sales floor.

**Customer Experience**:

- Ensure every customer receives personalized and knowledgeable service, creating lasting impressions.
- Assist with complex customer inquiries and ensure resolutions exceed expectations.
- Lead by example—modeling professional, friendly, and consultative selling at all times.

**Store Operations & Performance**:

- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, providing insight and coaching where needed.
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and overall store readiness.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment, with proven success in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Passion for training, coaching, and developing others to excel in customer service and sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the baby industry is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
