**Job brief**

The goal is to manage our store in ways that enhance the shopping experience for consumers.

**Retail Manager Responsibilities**
- Organize all front end retail operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
- Additional store manager duties as needed

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as retail manager or in another managerial position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software (experience with Acceo ProfitMaster preferred)

**Team environment**
- Work within the reporting structure to store GM and Owner
- Coordinate tasks with yard operations and office operations as required

**Renumeration**
- Pay based on experience.
- Full time 40+ hours a week, weekends as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Acceo ProfitMaster: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
