You will not find a better team of individuals and clients to work alongside.
All team members start their day between 7:50-8:00am each shift. Finish times are flexible, but everyone must be available until at least 2:00pm and will never work passed 5:00pm each shift. Part-time staff must work a minimum of 3 days per week. Full-time staff work 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. We do not operate on statutory holidays, evenings, or weekends.
**Qualifications**
- You must be bondable, and a criminal record check is required prior to beginning employment.
- You must have a valid G or G2 driver's license. A vehicle to use for work is recommended, but not mandatory.
- You must be accepting of all races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations of all ages.
- You must be able to work around pets, and not have a risk of a severe allergic reaction if touching peanuts, pet fur, or other items.
**What Sets Us Apart**
- You will be paid for travel time between cleans, not just the cleaning time inside the home. Most cleaning services only pay their employees based on the time they spend cleaning and do not pay for travel time between each cleaning appointment.
- You are reimbursed for your mileage at a rate of $0.45/km+tax each month if you are driving your own vehicle. Most cleaning services offer a base rate per week as a gas allowance and this does not always cover the cost of fuel for the week that you burn for work use.
- There is a 3-month probation period, and after that has ended you are eligible for a raise, to be added to the company vehicle insurance pending a driver's abstract review, and we offer an employee benefits plan as well.
- You are an employee, not a subcontractor, and therefore are covered under the company insurance, as well as WSIB and EI. Some services hire you as a subcontractor and you need to pay for your own liability insurance and you are not eligible for EI or WSIB in case of personal injury or emergency leave.
- We provide the cleaning supplies and equipment to each team and we complete the laundry at the office so you do not have to take anything home with you. Some services require you to provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies, and/or you must launder your own cloths and mop heads.

COVID-19 considerations:
All team members are Rapid Antigen Tested up to 3 times a week to prevent any COVID-19 spread. Face masks are supplied and must be worn upon request by the client throughout the day. We still implement physical distancing between clients and team members.
