In this role, you will identify and document detailed requirements, as well as current state and future state business processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders to discover and analyze requirements that align with business objectives. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business groups to identify, document and communicate business/technical requirements and user stories
- Identifies and documents detailed business/technical requirements and user stories
- Facilitate testing for enhanced user experience
- Seek feedback for improvements to existing business solutions
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience or Master's with less than 4 years of experience
- Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification (or similar process improvement certification) and experience with process documentation and standardization
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with common business analysis tools and techniques
- Able to build formal or informal work breakdown structures and project schedules
- Experience in organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet established deadlines
