As the Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing event marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals. You will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that each event delivers exceptional experiences and achieves desired outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Develop and manage event marketing strategies, including target audience identification, marketing campaigns, and promotion across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to create cohesive event concepts and themes.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution while meeting quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
- Analyse and report on event performance metrics, including ROI, attendee satisfaction, and engagement levels.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, staffing, and post-event evaluations.
- Identify new event opportunities and trends to keep our offerings fresh and innovative.
- Foster relationships with partners, sponsors, and participants to enhance the success of each event.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events and site visits.
