Cambridge Centre Honda is looking for a motivated, people-first Sales Consultant to join our high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do
- Work with **high-intent, in-market buyers**, **qualified leads**, with strong appointment support and CRM tools.
- Sell both new and pre-owned Honda vehicles
- Build trust with a loyal, returning customer base
- Guide customers through the entire purchase experience, including product presentation, test drives, trade-in evaluation, and finance turnover
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up proactively
- Participate in regular team meetings, Saturday strategies, and special sales events

What You Bring
- Prior experience in automotive or commission-based retail sales (preferred but not required)
- Proven self-managed sales discipline
- A collaborative spirit — you enjoy sharing knowledge and celebrating team success
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including Saturdays, with fixed days off
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
- OMVIC certification (can be obtained post-offer if not currently held)
