**Job Overview**:
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing a creative, strategic approach to recruitment. You’ll play an integral part in shaping the future of the organization by sourcing, assessing, and hiring the best talent for our dental practices, while driving continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll leverage your expertise in AI, ATS systems, and cutting-edge recruitment strategies to enhance the talent acquisition process. Your role will go beyond just filling positions—you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping the business grow and evolve by attracting top-tier professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise hiring managers on the recruitment process, helping them develop tailored recruitment strategies, define hiring needs, and optimize selection procedures.
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to maintain effective and responsive recruitment campaigns.
- Support and partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Campus Manager and build relationships with the educational institutions to attract top talent and engage with future graduates.
- Provide recruitment analytics and reports to identify trends, predict future hiring needs, and drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** 5+ years of experience** in a dental care role (e.g., **Dental Hygienist)**:

- Experience in recruitment or collaborating with dental schools is a significant asset.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, ATS tools (e.g., ADP), and other recruitment platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships across various levels of the organization.
- A proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for people and a strong customer-service orientation, with an understanding of the unique hiring needs of the dental profession.
