**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing store operations to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and cash handling procedures.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote sales and enhance store visibility within the community.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with administrative tasks related to budgeting and bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining an organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a retail environment is essential.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational abilities are required.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, payroll processes, and budgeting is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
