1 - 2 years experience, with specialization in the area of equipment and machinery experience. This includes grinding machine, grouting machine, tuggers, chippers, jackhammers, air guns, nail guns, augers, torches, chainsaw, sledgehammer.

Tasks include: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Instruct apprentices. Mix, pour and spread materials. Assist heavy equipment operators. Assist in demolishing buildings. Perform routine maintenance work. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Read and interpret blueprints.

Proof of Required Credentials would include: Aerial lift and aerial work platform certification.

Basic Security and Criminal record check required.

Own Tools / Equipment Required, Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety harness.

Must have own transportation.

Working conditions are physically demanding, noisy, dusty, outdoors, at heights and include handling heavy weights (up to 100lbs).

Secondary (High) School graduate certificate or equivalent experience.
