**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained in good working order.
- Support the kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during service hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential skills for success in this role.
**Kitchen tips are paid out on a monthly basis.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
