Territory Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Execute brand and sales initiatives and programs, enhancing brand awareness and building relationships
- Identify and visit licensees and restaurants; building a partnership that maximizes profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility and service
- Represent Steam Whistle at various industry events
- Seeks new opportunities to customize and increase brand exposure
- Visit various retail stores within the given territory based on SW prescribed
- Review and analyze key sales data and comprehend sales reports
- Provide weekly reports as prescribed to your leadership team
- Utilize, leverage, and document sales call in Steam Whistle’s Sales CRM
- Assist the distribution department as required to maintain sales and relationships and to support corporate initiatives and programs
- Use every opportunity to build relationships with drinkers and key influencers that result in brand loyalty and repeat purchase
- Actively promote the ‘Good Beer Folks’ experience and corporate presence in the community
- Execute corporate and marketing initiatives and leverage them into consumer loyalty and beer sales in licensee channels
- Effectively manage the given territory, ensuring all administration records and information is current and up to date
- Utilize, track, maintain and stand accountable for assigned budgets and complete monthly reconciliation on time and accurately
- Attend and participate in various company sales and marketing meetings
- Understand and comply with the legal and regulatory regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission, appropriate to Ontario
- Support accounts receivable, assisting with outstanding invoices and queries
**Skills and Experience**:
- Must have previous sales experience, with proven track record - preferably within the alcohol beverage
- Ability to manage own time, building effective weekly/monthly schedule
- Excellent communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and form strong relationships
- Must be Smart Serve certified and have a full G driving licence
- Comfortable using current technology
- Initiative, drive and determination to drive sales
