We offer onsite free parking, group benefits and a competitive salary and much more. **Job description** **_Qualifications required: _** - French and English spoken and written. - Engineering or Technical degree in a field related to construction or a combination of equivalent expertise and experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in an SME-related to the field of construction. - Excellent knowledge and skills on how to read plans and specifications. - Ability to quickly learn technical concepts. - Autonomy - Ability to adapt easily. - Positive attitude. - Ability to work in a team and foster teamwork. - Good sense of organization and development. - Ability to make quick and efficient decisions. - Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. - Ability to work under pressure. - Be able to react in difficult situations. - Know the rules of Occupational Health and Safety in the construction environment. - Basic computer skills (i.e.: Windows, MS Office, MS Projects, Internet, etc.). **_Job summary: _** - Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing the Contract. - Organize, lead and participate in Project Internal Kick-off Meeting. - Participate to the Worksite Planning. - Make the final selection of the technical Datasheets. Assist the Production Coordinator in preparing and sending to the Client or his representative, the Technical Datasheets. - Assess project specific risks. - Prepare the preliminary schedule for the project. - Prepare the possible installation plan. - Award all contracts (i.e.: Subcontractors), as soon as possible, and ensure that they are sent to the Production Superintendent. - Schedule the work of the Subcontractors and manage when needed. - Review, approve and submit the shop drawings to the engineering firm for approval (i.e.: Seal). - Place and release orders for the materials required for the project. - Planning the deliveries of materials required for the project. - Ensure the items are properly delivered to the appropriate projects. - Participate at the Project External Kick-off Meeting with the Client. - Participate to the Worksite start-up and management - Coordinate material deliveries from Suppliers to each of the Worksites. - Be responsible for producing and updating weekly, the "Project Implementation Schedules - (MS-Project)". - Be responsible, for Specifications and Rental Budget. - Coordinate the delivery of materials from the Cutting Center and the Workshop to the appropriate Worksite. - Manage the charges and credits to/from the project. - Assist the Production Superintendent in transmitting the Frame fabrication requests. - Be responsible for purchasing any special order materials for specific projects. - Assist the Logistics Coordinator, in assigning execution priorities for the work shop. - Communicate the work execution priorities with appropriate team members. - Coordinate the inspection and the treatment of deficiencies. - Prepare the monthly progressive invoicing and holdback invoicing. - Participate to the Project’s Post-Mortem. **Salary**: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Work from home Flexible Language Requirement: - English not required - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Experience**: - Project management: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: One location
