**Production Operator II/III / Sr. Operator (OSD Manufacturing)**

**Compensation**: Based on experience

**Shifts Available**:

- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

**Must be open to overtime and shift flexibility**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented **Production Operators (Level II, III, Sr. Operator)** with **Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)** manufacturing expertise. You will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining state-of-the-art production equipment including **compression, granulation, encapsulation, and coating machines**, ensuring compliance with **cGMP standards**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate equipment including tablet presses, granulators, encapsulators, and coaters (e.g., Fette, MG2, Korsch, Glatt).
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and GMP regulations during production.
- Perform cleaning, setup, dismantling, and changeovers of equipment.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and accurate documentation.
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **High school diploma / GED** or equivalent.
- **2-5+ years of experience** in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing (compression, encapsulation, coating, granulation).
- Proficiency in equipment operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and batch documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- **Basic English communication** (read and speak instructions clearly).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with **Wurster coating, bead tower, and fluid bed dryers**.
- Forklift certification (preferred, not required).
- Familiarity with **Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma** principles.
