ERS is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of ERS Case Manager for the Kingston and Belleville region. ERS is a family centered foster care agency that focuses on facilitating optimal care to children and youth in our community and supporting the families who welcome them into their home.

Desired Qualifications include:
1. Experience and/or education in the field of Social Services/Child Welfare 2. Related training or volunteer experience is an asset 3. Knowledge of Ministry standards and expectations is an asset

**Duties**:
1. Maintain case files in accordance with Ministry guidelines and standards. 2. Coordinate and/or attend both in person and virtual meetings as part of Case Management responsibilities. 3. Provide direct support and guidance to foster families. 4. Communicate professionally with placement agencies with the goal of facilitating services, and supports for children/youth in care. 5. Commit to an After-Hours on-call rotation. (via phone) 6. Willingness to travel within designated area of service.

Requirements: 1. Criminal record check, including vulnerable sector check 2. Child Welfare Record Check 3. Valid Driver’s License and accessibility to safe & reliable vehicle 4. Must have consistent and reliable access to a computer, cell phone and internet during hours of work. 5. Understanding of confidentiality/willingness to sign an oath of confidentiality provided by ERS

The current posting is for full-time; however, could lead to full-time (dependent on experience/knowledge).

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: $22,000.00 per year
