**Detailed Description**:
This Consolidations Manager is part of the corporate reporting team that consolidates and analyzes the results of 50+ reporting sites and prepares reports for internal and external purposes. This position requires an accountant with consolidations experience in Longview or SAP, ability to trouble shoot and resolve issues, is detailed oriented, and computer and IT savvy.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain books for several Celestica companies including preparing/reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations (using Blackline), accounting for foreign currency translation/hedging in SAP
- Working with treasury and tax department to communicate intercompany transactions and reorganizations to sites and ensuring properly accounted for
- Perform monthly close of consolidated results in Khalix/Longview including journal entries, intercompany eliminations and completing cash flow.
- Trouble shoot and resolve consolidation/reporting issues. Provide guidance to sites, ensuring compliance to Celestica accounting policies and processes. Provide training as requested.
- As systems administrator for the reporting group, maintain Longiview database and hierarchies, perform systems testing and year end rollover, maintain site reporting packages
- Analyze consolidated results and prepare/review reporting for management, board of directors and parent company
- Participate in preparing consolidated & statutory financial statements with notes, work papers for auditors, SOX testing, external filings, and ensuring statistics surveys completed on a timely basis
- Develop new tools or templates in response to new requests or new IFRS standard requirements, maintain Business Objects, and other finance databases
- Focus on continuous improvement efforts, including streamlining processes

**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Experience with preparing cash flow statements, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory FS and note disclosures
- Experience with consolidations module using Khalix/Longview or Hyperion, including system admin role as well as trouble shooting issues in Khalix/consolidations.
- Experience managing & developing a team
- Advanced IT and Excel related knowledge including macros
- Strong knowledge of accounting close process in SAP, experience with maintaining multi-currency general ledgers and FX translation
- Proven experience analyzing and identifying efficiencies and controls over data

- Organized and demonstrated the ability to manage multiple Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage team workloads in order to meet tight deadlines
- Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- CPA with minimum 4-5 years industry, including 2 years of consolidations experience
- Ability to work with little supervision, able to manage others. Team player
- Excellent communications skills (clear and concise) and written skills.
- Ability to consolidate and analyze large quantities of data including interpreting and reporting the results
- Proven driver of change and process improvements, participated in lean events
