The key responsibilities of the Room Attendant position include but are not limited to: 1. Ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging all guests.

2. Load cart with supplies such as linens and move into the required area.

3. Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant. 4. Replace used amenities in guest rooms.

5. Make beds, Provide clean linens and terry for dirty ones and ensure bathrooms are clean. Provide clean towels and toiletries.

6. Take away, room service items, dirty linen, and trash.

7. Review appliances and fixtures in all rooms to make sure they are in good working condition and clean, sanitize and polish them.

8. Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.

9. Dust furnishings, draperies and walls as well wash windows, walls and ceilings.

10. Carry out floor care duties.

11. Sweep, mop, and wash the floors of rooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, offices, conference rooms, and meeting rooms, vacuum carpeting and rug areas.

12. Clean and disinfect public areas such as bathrooms, elevators, furniture in the lobby.

13. Adhere to all safety, security, and company procedures and policies.

14. Provide an immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problems, or accidents to the supervisor.

15. Complete training and certification programs in safety.

16. Keep uniform clean and make sure to appear professional always.

17. Keep proprietary information confidential.

18. Attend immediately to request from guests for extra supplies, as well as from others departments.

19. Expect the service needs of guests and provide them even before called upon to do so.

20. Report and store lost and found items.

21. Assist guests with disabilities.

22. Provide help to guests as well as handle complaints.

23. Genuinely appreciate and thank guests for their visit.

25. Provide support to the team to achieve common goals.

26. Maintain quality standards and expectations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
