Winnipeg, Canada Donvito Collision and Glass Full time

We are looking for an experienced **Refinish Technician** for Donvito Collision & Glass. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.

**The Position**:

- Prepare the damaged area for painting
- Responsible for colour matching and mixing paint, in accordance with vehicle’s specifications and insurance guidelines
- Refinish and blend (following recommended procedures)
- Complete all refinishing per the estimate or work order
- Take direction from, and answer to, the production manager.
- Account for the daily time applied to each job by recording it on a time card.
- Maintain working area in clean/safe condition
- Proficiency in automotive painting and basic bodywork techniques.
- Experience using power tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly on a daily basis
- Effectively communicate in English
- I-CAR Certifications
- The ability to work under stressful situations in order to maintain great customer service.
- Mitchell Repair Center (or similar management system) experience preferred.
- A valid driver's license.

Each vehicle is repaired to factory specifications in our state-of-the-art collision repair facility. Our highly skilled and I-Car certified technicians use only the highest quality equipment, parts, and materials.
