Raven Force Couriers is searching to fill a few open positions for **Full-Time, Logistics Supervisor**.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Effective Communication**: Coordinate and manage relationships with business partners, subcontractors, and drivers. Ensure optimized route allocation and distribution to drivers for timely deliveries.
- **Organized and Detail-Oriented**: Oversee undelivered packages, manage warehouse returns, and complete daily shift reports. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop procedures and streamline working methods. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Resourceful and Autonomous**: Monitor deliveries in real-time and take necessary action to resolve issues, ensuring company objectives are met. Quickly identify and implement solutions as needed.
- **Stress Management**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Adapt quickly to operational needs and demonstrate problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of the station or delivery center.
- **Safety Vigilance**: Ensure safe work methods and behaviors are maintained across the team, prioritizing safety at all times.
- **Other Duties**: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the station leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two (2) years of experience in an operations supervisory role, preferably in the courier, transportation or 3PL industry.
- Forklift license or at least 1 year of experience as a forklift operator.
- Knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations.
- General computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, G-Suite).
- Familiarity with current transport laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
