The Aircraft Detailer is responsible for the thorough cleaning and detailing of aircraft interiors and exteriors. This includes washing, waxing, polishing, and buffing surfaces to meet customer specifications and maintain a high standard of appearance. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in varying environmental conditions.

** SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean and polish aircraft exteriors and interiors to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Remove dirt, grease, and debris from aircraft surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Buff and polish surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Inspect aircraft for damage and report findings to supervisors.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies in a clean and orderly manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Aviation experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Being mechanically inclined is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use ladders.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
