**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all customers.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred; bartending experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Proficient in cash handling and experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others is essential for success in this role.
