**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to identify poor quality products
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible in product handling and machine attending, including regrind related responsibilities. Perform required post molding operations and packaging of products
- Be co-operative and supportive with coworkers
- Constantly maintain a clean, tidy, organized and safe working area
- Be responsible for warning or reporting to the Supervisor on failures and malfunctions in equipment and machinery
- Provide assistance where and when required
- To handle other assignments as directed by the Shift Supervisor or Lead Hand.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through compliance to H & S policies.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must be physically able to fulfill the responsibilities of the job classification through good manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail, including colour distinction
- Prior experience in plastic manufacturing, such as injection and/or blow molding, is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cooperative environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good mathematical and organizational skills
- Shift flexibility is a requirement with an ability to work continuous (24/5) and/or continental (12 hour shifts / 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights) shifts
