**Job type**
Part time - two positions available
Position 1: 7:00am-10:00am M-F (flexible start/end time)
Position 2: 4:00pm-7:00pm M-F (flexible start/end time)

Both positions require regular Saturday and Sunday hours as needed.

**Full Job Description**
The Shambhala School is a non-denominational private school in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our school houses grades Pre-Primary through Grade 12 in our 110-year old school building. We are looking for two part time cleaners to join our staff.

In this position, you will be required to complete various cleaning tasks, such as:

- Touchpoint Disinfection
- Dusting
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Light cleaning in all areas, including school kitchen and bathrooms
- Empty large waste containers into outdoor bins
- Winter tasks may include shoveling snow and salting walkway, if needed
- Moving furniture for mid-year / end-of-year major cleaning projects
- Additional tasks when required

Job Information
Wage: $15-20/hr - depending on experience
Tuition reduction for child/children enrolled at Shambhala School (Pre-Primary through Grade 12)

**Hours**:
Part time - two positions available
Position 1: 7:00am-10:00am M-F (flexible start/end time)
Position 2: 4:00pm-7:00pm M-F (flexible start/end time)

Both positions require regular Saturday and Sunday hours as needed.

These hours may be flexible depending on the needs of the employee and the school.
