- 1A Driver’s License
- Have a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable backing up semi tractor-trailer units in tight spaces
- Willingness to travel and overnight
- 1-2 years experience (preferred)
- Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Hauling hot asphalt, aggregate, and/or heavy equipment
- Perform regular truck/worksite inspections and perform general maintenance
- Assist with setting up and tearing down Asphalt Plants
- Participate in regular safety meetings and engage with the company safety culture
- Perform general labour activities as needed
