- University degree in engineering Analytical and solution-oriented mind;
- Ability to work in a team and versatility;
- Methodical, self-starter and self-reliant Ability to manage multiple quality projects simultaneously;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Experience in the construction industry;
- AST Construction certificate (an asset) Knowledge of ISO 9001 (an asset);
- Hold a valid driver's license (Class 5).
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
- Participate in quality meetings and ensure effective liaison with the site teams;
- Analyze and treat non-conformities and help implement corrective and preventive actions on all sites;
- Document lessons learned and maintain our manuals of good practices;
- Train and raise awareness among site personnel of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and quality procedures;
- Write and review all SQM documentation;
- Assist project teams in the implementation of quality processes;
- Plan and conduct internal audits on sites to assess QMS compliance and effectiveness;
- Prepare audit reports.
