The RBC Dominion Securities Barrie branch is currently seeking an Associate to join a leading Advisory Wealth Management team, specialized in providing investment and wealth management services to a sophisticated clientele. You will participate in building strong client relationships by providing exceptional and efficient service in responding to client needs. The Team:
**What will you do?**
- Support the Investment Advisor team in general administrative duties in the management of client accounts, including the preparation of client reviews, presentations, meetings, events
- Work directly with our clients and their advisors to request information and documentation in order to fulfill their needs (open accounts, execute on trades, reporting, etc)
- Work with an exceptional team of colleagues to follow a service plan for proactive and a high level of client service and the delivery of comprehensive wealth management services

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

**Nice-to-have**
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) (can be in process of obtaining or obtained while in the role)
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures, an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities or finance industry
- Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit
