Yoho Fine Water Inc. is a Canadian bottled water company based in **Barrie, Ontario**, sourcing naturally alkaline spring water from **Oro-Medonte**, and **serving both local and overseas customers**. We are currently seeking a reliable and team-oriented **Maintenance Technician** to support our production line and ensure the smooth operation of equipment and systems.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our machinery running safely and efficiently — while actively supporting production and collaborating with the line team. Responsibilities include:

- Maintain and repair mechanical systems including motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, bearings, chains, rollers, and hydraulics.
- Respond to production line calls and assist with breakdowns or issues during shifts.
- Support the production team to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
- Perform equipment inspections, safety checks, and diagnostics.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Fabricate or modify parts for equipment upgrades and repairs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics.
- Assemble, install, and service production and packaging equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete reports as needed.
- Communicate clearly with operators and fellow team members.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies with a safety-first mindset.
- Participate in job-related or remote training to gain additional skills or certifications.

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical or industrial maintenance (preferred)
- Experience supporting production lines or manufacturing teams
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly
- Familiarity with automation and bottling equipment is an asset
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
